Standard Return Policy


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds will be issued for returned items. Please note that shipping fees are non‑refundable.

For returns or exchanges of Pirelcare products purchased from other authorized retailers, please contact the retailer directly.

Return Process (Excluding Black Friday & Other Promotions)


For all returns, please contact support@pirelcare.com to receive a return label.

Include your order number and the items you wish to return in your email. We will provide further instructions once we receive your message.

Damaged Items


If you receive a damaged item, please send photos of the damaged product along with your order number to support@pirelcare.com, with the subject line: Damaged.

This request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Missing Items


If you have not received your full order, please email support@pirelcare.com with the subject line: Missing Items and include your order number.
